Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through dreo.live.
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C.
We do not deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- Any address outside the United States
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (ET)
- Processing time: 1 – 2 business days
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a US federal holiday).
4. Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:
- 3 – 5 business days
Your total delivery time from order placement is therefore:
4 – 7 business days (processing + shipping)
5. FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance
We are committed to complying with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. We have a reasonable basis to believe that we can ship your order within the time stated in this policy.
If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the promised time, we will:
- Notify you promptly of the delay;
- Provide you with a revised shipping date; and
- Offer you the choice to either consent to the delayed shipment or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you do not respond to our delay notice, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund in accordance with FTC requirements.
6. Working Days Definition
For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, "business days" are defined as:
Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
7. Carrier Partners
We work with trusted carrier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Fulfilment is handled from our US distribution centre. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us:

Lost parcel determination:
We consider a parcel lost if it has not been delivered within 7 business days after the expected delivery date.
Resolution:
If we confirm that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method; or
- A free replacement order sent to the same delivery address.
We will handle the investigation with the carrier on your behalf — you do not need to take any further action.
9. Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with your neighbours or anyone else at the delivery address who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
- Check any safe places or outbuildings where the carrier may have left the parcel.

10. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your order, the package will be returned to us. Please contact us first to arrange a return — if we receive a refused package without prior communication, we will process it as a standard return and deduct any return shipping costs incurred (if applicable) from your refund.
11. Order Changes
If you need to change your delivery address or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dreo.live or +1 (609) 234-3420. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
