30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return a product that you purchased through our online store at dreo.com for a refund of the total value of the goods purchased within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Returns must include all accessories
Items that you return must include original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping costs.
DREO will inspect your returned product and, if your returned product is not damaged, in its original condition, and includes original packaging, DREO will issue you a refund for your product.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after the date of purchase. DREO will not process a request for a refund for non-quality issues once the 30-day window has expired. DREO is not liable for:
Loss of data incurred from use of DREO products; or
Returning personal items sent to DREO.
When returning items, you assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Dreo does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
